Job summary

MEMPURE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable engineer to set up production lines for membrane manufacturing, ensure compliance, and manage daily plant operations.

You will coordinate with R&D and suppliers, prepare SOPs and regulatory documents, and monitor equipment performance to deliver reliable production outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint literate.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in hollow fiber membrane production setup and operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production line setup activities including equipment setup, process alignment, electrical and mechanical connections to enable the startup of production line.
• Production license and permit applications through local governmental agencies for membrane production approval.
• Set up required documentation for membrane production, including SOP, RA, ERP, etc., as per requirements.
• Align with teams, plan and source local chemicals required for membrane production.
• Daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working conditions.
• Interact with customers/clients/collaborators to identify new needs and initiate solutions.
• Work with R&D and business units to screen ideas/technologies and conceive technology solutions.
• Work with internal resources, suppliers and development partners to execute projects.
• Document project work and report to management.
