Background

We are a contract manufacturer of medical devices; in particular we manufacture infusion lines and infusion pumps. We have been located in Bukit Merah Central since 2007.

We are looking for a resourceful self-starter with an engineering background who can work independently. This role will also involve aspects of quality control inspection. We will provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the role. This is a permanent, fulltime position.

Job Scope
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our production processes and components. This includes assembly, packaging, testing and quality control of devices.
  • Act as the key source of expertise for our device manufacture.
  • Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes and resolve non-conformances.
  • Monitor and report quality trends for components, rejects and testing.
  • Train staff in device assembly.
  • Manage innovation projects that impact production.
  • Inspect incoming components and in-process production against specifications.
  • Assist with organising, issuing and checking of batch documentation and labels.
  • Assist with the release of components for production.
  • Monitor and report stock levels.
  • Support Quality Assurance Manager and Production Manager as required.
