Job summary

CHIEF RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day laundry plant activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate production tasks, manage customer orders from placement to completion, and liaise with production teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations. This role requires MS Office proficiency and willingness to work a 6-day week from 9:00am to 5:20pm, with occasional administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work 6 days per week (Mon-Sun, rotating off day).
• Working hours 9.00am-5.20pm.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and workflow of the laundry plant.
• Coordinate daily production activities and handle related administrative tasks.
• Manage customer orders throughout the entire process, from order placement to completion, while addressing enquiries and resolving service issues.
• Work closely with production teams, customers, and external vendors to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain proper documentation and records, and assist with other administrative duties as required.
