Job summary

AGAPE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Laundry Plant Assistant to support daily operations and production at our Singapore facility.

You will assist with operations, coordinate production and admin tasks, and ensure orders move from start to finish. No prior experience required; we offer a 44-hour week on a 6-day rotating roster with shifting mornings and afternoons. Qualifications

• Highest qualification NITEC, GCE O-Level, or equivalent.
• Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Working Hours: 44-hour work week; 6-day roster with rotating morning and afternoon shifts; rest days rostered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the laundry plant.
• Coordinate daily production of the laundry plant and administrative activities.
• Follow through on customer orders from start to completion, respond to customer queries and resolve any feedback.
• Liaise with production, customers, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
