in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to operate production equipment, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards, working Monday to Thursday with 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM shifts. The role includes training and onboarding of new operators, following work instructions, recording production data for traceability, checking raw materials, loading materials for production, inspecting final output, and preparing finished goods for packing by the TPA operator.

Qualifications

• Operate production equipment and ensure smooth machine operations
• Identify machine breakdowns, malfunctions, or product quality issues
• Record production data accurately to maintain traceability
• Inspect final output for total length and quality, ensuring readiness for packing

Responsibilities

• Support training and onboarding of new operators when required
• Follow work instructions, production targets, and quality standards
• Check raw materials delivered by warehouse according to production needs
• Handle loading of raw materials and semi-finished goods for production
• Prepare finished goods for packing and collection by the TPA operator
• Inspect final output including total length, good quality products, and defective products
