NTUC Foodfare Co-operative Ltd in Singapore is seeking a kitchen production staff to prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes and quality standards. You will perform pre-production checks, portion, label, and pack to meet production schedules.

A minimum of 1 year in a kitchen or similar role is required, with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Rotating shifts: 8am-6pm, 10am-8pm, and 8pm-8am with a shift allowance.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a kitchen or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen SOPs.
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to learn and improve continuously

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes, batch instructions, and quality standards.
• Perform pre-production checks to ensure ingredients and raw materials meet food safety, quality, and specification requirements.
• Carry out portioning, plating (where applicable), packing, and labelling accurately to meet production and quality standards.
• Support daily production operations, ensuring work is completed on time and in line with production schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations, in compliance with hygiene, food safety, allergen, and workplace safety SOPs.
• Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and report any equipment issues or deviations promptly.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, following improvements to recipes or processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
