Job summary

Brotzeit Pte. Ltd. Singapore is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare, cook and present food to a high standard, in line with our operations manual and gold standards.

You will assist in preparation, garnishing and presentation, stay up to date with menu promotions, maintain hygiene and cleanliness, and support in equipment and supplies handling while ensuring consistent quality and customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Minimum technical certificate or certificate in a relevant field.
• Strong team player with customer service orientation.
• Willing to learn and adapt to various line positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook food and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting standards.
• Assist in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
• Keep up to date with promotions and new menu items.
• Ensure procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas comply with established standards.
• Minimise food wastage through correct product measurement.
• Maintain knowledge on standard preparation through training and manuals.
• Keep kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene and high work/safety standards.
• Report on time in proper uniform and grooming.
• Execute other duties as requested by superiors.
