Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore seeks a manufacturing planner to plan and control high‑complexity manufacturing across multiple lines, balancing business demands with material constraints to achieve on‑time delivery.

You will own line configuration and slotting, oversee NPMA approvals, and coordinate capacity, training periods, and field activities, serving as the main liaison to Product Support and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains. Responsible for line OTD.
• Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load
• Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE
• Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment. Manage training period allocation
• Plan Field Support Activities. Be main contact to Product Support teams. Plan Mfg. activities at the field. Determine manufacturing needed capacity. Manage retrofit projects.
• Plan Home Tools support activities. Manage R&D needs. Be main contact to R&D teams.
• Manage Option build plan cycle.
