Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Planner to plan and control low complexity line scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource use. The role focuses on tool configuration, slotting, and NPMA approvals, while driving KPIs like OTD, EOP, CT and SOE.

You will support capacity fulfillment and training allocations within a dynamic production environment. The position requires collaboration across teams to balance demand with manufacturing constraints and to maintain

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control manufacturing low complexity lines scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains.

Responsible for line OTD.

• Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load
• Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE
• Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment. Manage training period allocation.
