Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Manufacturing Planner to plan and control high complexity, multi-line production scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource use.

You will be the main interface with product support teams, drive line KPIs, and coordinate line capacity, tooling, and field activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity multi-line manufacturing scheduling.
• Ensure line on-time delivery (OTD).
• Configure tools and slotting for optimal throughput.
• Approve and allocate NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities).
• Design efficient line layouts focusing on responsiveness and inventory.
• Track KPIs: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE.
• Plan training period allocations.
• Schedule field support activities.
• Serve as main contact to Product Support teams and R&D.
• Assess and plan required manufacturing capacity.
• Manage retrofit projects.
• Plan Home Tools support activities.
• Manage Option build plan cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains.
• Responsible for line OTD.
• Own tool configuration & slotting.
• Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load
• Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE
• Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment.
• Manage training period allocation
• Plan Field Support Activities
• Be main contact to Product Support teams.
• Plan Mfg. activities at the field
• Determine manufacturing needed capacity
