Job summary

Four Leaves Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Worker for full-time or part-time bakery duties, including lamination and preparation of bread and pastry dough. You will handle butter, fillings, and shaping croissants and danishes, work in cold environments, stand for long periods, and support daily production with quality checks.

Willing to roster weekends and public holidays; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical workloads.
• Able to work in a cold environment, including chiller and freezer rooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform lamination and preparation of bread according to recipes and product specifications.
• Handle butter, margarine, fillings and other ingredients for laminated dough products.
• Carry out pre-shaping, shaping and forming of croissants, danishes and other pastry products, ensuring consistency in size, weights and appearance.
• Assist in the preparation and production of fresh and frozen dough products according to daily production requirements.
• Weigh, portion, label and sort frozen dough and finished products accurately.
• Check products for quality consistency and compliance with production standards.
• Support daily production operations and perform other duties assigned by Supervisors or Manager.

1. Full-Time:
   * 7.00AM-4.00PM (OT may be required based on production needs)
   *4 days of work, 1 day off cycle (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
   * Gross salary up to $2,600/month
2. Part-Time:
   * 7.00AM-2.00PM/ 8.00AM-3.00PM (Additional hours may be required)
   * 4 days of work, 1 day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & public holidays)
   * $10/hr (Weekdays); +$2/hr (Weekends & PH)
