Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), part of Danaher’s family of companies, is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations professional for its Singapore site. The role focuses on executing manufacturing processes, operating lab equipment, and ensuring product quality per SOPs and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a science-related diploma or equivalent, 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or lab settings, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a Science-related discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Science) or Nitec/Higher Nitec with 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related regulated production environment.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurately document work in electronic systems, and perform manufacturing tasks while adhering to quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes and operate laboratory equipment to produce products according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Ensure product quality and compliance by analyzing QC results, maintaining accurate documentation, identifying defects, and releasing product in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain operational excellence through equipment upkeep, problem solving, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential Requirements Of The Job

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a life science laboratory setting, including adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices. (preferred)
