Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Production Assistant in Singapore. The role involves troubleshooting machine and quality issues and driving improvement activities across the production line.

You will analyse chronic problems, propose countermeasures, and support machine model changes with QA/QC verification. The position requires flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts or standard shifts and teamwork with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks.
• Some mechanical or pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to work rotating 12h shifts or normal shifts.
• Strong team-player attitude and initiative.

• Machine & quality trouble troubleshooting and implement improvement activities.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance at area in charge, review and assess constantly to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure activity compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and maintain process ISO system.

Job Requirement

• Knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, material knowledge and some mechanical or pneumatic knowledge.
• Able to work in any rotating 12hrs shift or Normal shift.
• Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
