Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking workers to operate and maintain production lines in a clean room environment in Singapore. The role involves running assigned machines, performing setup and adjustments, and ensuring specifications are met.

You will document records, participate in continuous improvement, and support sorting and sample-building tasks, with rotating shifts and 5-day options, as part of a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operation of assigned machine(s): setup, shutdown, load & unload, and minor adjustments to meet specifications.
• Document production records: in-process data, end-of-line product data, calibration record, inspection record, maintenance record, warehouse record in hard copy and soft copy.
• Support sorting activities and sample-building tasks involving coordination, tracking, running machines and documentation.
• Observe housekeeping rules in the work area (direct or indirect relevant)
• Participate in continuous improvement or cost-down projects
• Work in a Clean Room environment

Job Description

• Perform & execute day-to-day operation of assigned machine(s): setup, shut down, load & unload, perform simple trouble shooting & minor adjustment onto machine to achieve defined specification (process & product)
• Documents production records: in-process data, end-of-line product data, calibration record, inspection record, maintenance record, ware house record on hard copy as well as softcopy.
• When required, support sorting activities, sample building activities where some coordination, tracking, running machine & documentation are among the tasks expected.
• Observe & perform good housekeeping rules at related working area (direct or indirect relevant)
• Participate in continuous improvement or cost down projects
• Work in Clean Room environment
