Role Description

Here is a description of the role we are opening.

Responsibilities

• EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS: Run the equipment; identify the machines’ breakdowns or dysfunctions or product quality-related issues; may contribute to learning/mentoring actions to onboard new operators.
• STANDARDS COMPLIANCE (Working instructions/targets/Quality): Execute tasks; record data (when not automated) to ensure traceability.
• PRODUCTION MATERIAL PREPARATION (Preparation of raw material for production and finished goods for packing): Check that the raw material is delivered by the Warehouse operator according to the requests from the production; execute tasks linked to the loading of raw material / semi-finished goods; check several parameters at the end of the last production process step: total length, number of good quality products, number of defect products; prepare the finished goods to be ready to be picked up by the TPA operator.

• Experience or ability to operate production equipment and perform quality checks; ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail, data recording, and adherence to instructions.
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to participate in training or mentoring new operators.
