Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Technician with strong performance.
• Experience in clean room and production environments preferred.
• Certified trainer by process owner (Trainer).

Responsibilities

• Follow current guidelines and working instructions.
• Execute process steps independently and monitor execution.
• Notify supervisor about discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and inspections.
• Participate in KAIZEN activities to minimize waste.
• Train new hires on production processes when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and facility upkeep.
• Assist with incident/accident investigations when needed.
