Job summary

NAVICO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive production supervisor to oversee daily production activities, coordinate data-processing workflows, and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.

You will review processed data for accuracy, maintain production logs and reports, and communicate with clients and internal teams about job status and requirements. You will also monitor workloads and provide essential admin and production support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and general operations.
• Coordinate daily data-processing activities and production workflows.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure work is completed within deadlines.
• Review processed data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Maintain production records, job logs, reports and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, supervisors and other departments regarding job status and requirements.
• Prepare production status reports and provide updates on completed, pending and delayed jobs.
• Monitor workloads and help balance resources to meet production targets.
• Perform other administrative and production support duties as required.
