Kristal.AI, a digital private bank and wealth-tech company, is hiring an AI Engineer in Singapore to build production AI applications for the wealth management platform. You will own features end-to-end, from scoping with business teams to running systems in production, reporting to the AI Product Lead, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers.

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on software or AI application development experience (1 year+).
• Strong Python skills and production-readiness mindset.
• Experience with large language models, prompting, retrieval, embeddings, and failure points.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to break down unclear problems and deliver working results.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work with non-technical colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship production AI applications based on large language models and RAG over internal docs and client communications.
• Design AI agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain, including memory and tool calls.
• Create evaluation harnesses and test sets; prioritize evaluation as part of development.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python; integrate with internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with operations and RM teams to scope problems and deliver measurable improvements.
• Monitor accuracy, latency, and cost in production and iterate to optimise.
• Apply data privacy, auditability, and regulatory controls to AI features.
