Job summary

HCLTech in Singapore is seeking fresh graduates to join the AI & ML Engineering team supporting a leading global Wealth Management organization. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions including NLP, Semantic Search, RAG, and MLOps.

You will work with data scientists and software engineers to build enterprise-grade AI solutions for wealth management use cases, undergoing structured training and gaining hands-on experience across Foundation Models and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic background with a passion for AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
• Build and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Semantic Search and intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Contribute to the development of Foundation Models and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions utilizing proprietary business data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products and services.
