Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a QA tester to understand and assess the完整 testing lifecycle for product implementations and core operating systems. The role includes performing user acceptance testing for product launches and enhancements, ensuring timely closure of testing, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

The candidate will document testing artefacts, prepare test data, monitor progress, and log defects, escalating gaps to IT as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business or IT related educational background.
• Preferably with prior product testing experiences.
• Experience with end-to-end testing and UAT processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assess the entire testing life cycle for product implementation and core life operating system.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for product launches and enhancements per requirements.
• Ensure closure of the testing process within timelines and report issues to supervisor.
• Document and file testing artefacts into retrievable repositories.
• Prepare test data, monitor testing progress, and log defects.
• Escalate gaps, defects, or issues to Supervisor and IT for resolution.
