Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a UAT Tester based in Tampines, Singapore. You will develop and execute UAT plans, write test cases and scripts, coordinate sessions with business users, and document defects to ensure quality before production releases.

You will communicate testing progress to project teams, maintain test environments and data, and support continuous improvement of UAT processes and methodologies to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects and issues identified during testing.
• Verify fixes through retesting and ensure issues are resolved before production release.
• Prepare and maintain UAT test environments, test data, and testing documentation.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure system enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards prior to deployment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs.
• Support continuous improvement of UAT processes and testing methodologies.
