Job summary

INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Product/Test Engineer to support RF, mixed-signal and digital products from development through production release.

You will work with test engineering and production teams to debug, qualify reliability and improve yield. Requirements include a degree/diploma in Electronics, at least one year in product/test engineering with foundry background, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with JMP, CEDA, DataPower and OptimalPlus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum one year of Product/Test Engineering experience with foundry background.
• Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, mixed-signal and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is a plus.
• Experience with statistics and data mining.
• Knowledge of scripting (Perl/Java/VBA) and automation in reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for a wide range of products (RF/Mixed Signal/Digital) from development to production release.
• Coordinate with test engineering and production support to drive debugging, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
• Communicate product status to management in close collaboration with Product Test Engineering.
• Establish customer testing requirements and production release criteria.
• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports, generate test limits, correlations and yield summaries.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvement for ramping production.
