Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a semiconductor Product/Test/Yield Engineer to act as the technical interface among customers, test teams, and manufacturing partners for qualification and release.

You will lead characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigations to boost product performance and efficiency. Join a role focused on cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams, foundries, and OSAT partners to address production challenges and drive data-driven yield

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Product/Test/Yield Engineering or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Exposure to ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest V93000), data analysis tools or yield management systems.

Job description

• Serve as the technical interface between customers, test engineering teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure successful product qualification and production release.
• Lead product characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigation activities to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal engineering teams, foundries, and OSAT partners to resolve technical and production-related challenges.
• Generate and analyze engineering data, providing actionable insights to support yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Yield Engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to semiconductor test environments, ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest V93000), data analysis tools, or yield management systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle, production release processes, yield analysis, and failure investigation for Digital, Mixed-Signal, and/or RF devices.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving; experience with statistical tools, yield management platforms, or automation/scripting.
