Salt Digital Recruitment in Singapore is seeking a Product Support Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract role. You will provide support to Japan and Taiwan clients on product-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management and consumer hardware support. Fluent in English and Mandarin, you will work closely with partners to ensure successful communication and resolution of escalations.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships via sales or customer support.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support on product management escalations.
• Cultivate relationships with partners' support teams.
• Act as primary contact for partner escalations.
