Job summary

PLOVER TRIP PTE LTD is seeking a proactive team member to support our agency clients across Asia and Japan using our SaaS products. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to improve and promote our solutions.

This role involves collaborating with external vendors for API connectivity, managing deliverables and timelines, testing app releases, and conducting demos and end-user trainings. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong communication and time management.
• Diploma or degree in computing, engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with GDS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support agency clients in Asia and Japan using SaaS products.
• Work with clients and internal teams to improve SaaS products.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., GDS, airlines) for API connectivity.
• Manage deliverables and timelines on assigned projects.
• Test and manage rollout of app releases.
• Demo and train end-users on solutions.

• Testing and managing roll-out of app releases.
• Conducting demo and training of solutions to end-users.
• Travelling is required.
