Job Summary

Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will deliver software configuration, commissioning support, training, and technical guidance while contributing to an exceptional customer experience. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot software and system solutions to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders, including sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with technical support specialists, business development teams, product management, operations, lifecycle services, quality teams, sales organizations, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support project pursuit activities by providing technical expertise that helps customers evaluate and implement Emerson solutions.
• Coordinate with other business units to ensure seamless technical support and successful customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering responsive, high-quality support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets by delivering timely, high-quality support and monitoring performance through established internal metrics and tracking systems.
• Travel as needed to support customers and projects across the Asia Pacific region and other locations as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience providing technical support, application engineering, commissioning, or related engineering services in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of process instrumentation, automation technologies, or industrial systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues, evaluate solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting process instrumentation, measurement technologies, control systems, or related automation solutions.
• Experience delivering customer training, workshops, or technical presentations.
• Familiarity with software configuration, system integration, and commissioning activities.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles within industrial, process manufacturing, energy, chemical, oil and gas, power, water, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting customers across different regions and cultures.
