Emerson Automation Solutions Final Control Singapore is seeking an Engineering Director to lead global engineering strategy for our Isolation Valves portfolio, including Ball, Butterfly, and Knife Gate valves. For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering


• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering.


• Proven experience and demonstrated success leading global or geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.


• Strong track record of delivering results in a highly matrixed organization, navigating competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.


• Ability to assess complex processes quickly, identify gaps, and drive solutions.


• Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience or knowledge of working in the Industrial Valves industry.


• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
