Public Service Division is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Product Partnership & Acquisition to shape Singapore’s skills and career ecosystem. You will develop new partnerships and expand the product portfolio, aligning with policy and product teams to onboard partners to digital services.

The role emphasizes ground engagement, commercial instincts for opportunities, and clear communication to contribute to national upskilling and a richer digital career imprint for individuals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in partnerships or business development in the public sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Commercial acumen to identify opportunities and create value propositions.
• Strong written communication and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Proficient in data analytics and translating insights into priorities.
• Organised and collaborative with cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with CET landscape a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work with policy teams to translate objectives into partnership initiatives and implementation plans.
• Assess feasibility of partnership models to maximise policy impact and user value.
• Work with product teams to identify gaps and close them with partners (e.g., MySkillsFuture, CSP).
• Engage stakeholders on the ground to understand industry trends and collaboration opportunities.
• Track and report partnership outcomes, adoption rates and KPIs.
• Review partnership performance and recommend enhancements for sustainability.
• Work with marketing to drive usage of digital products.
