Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Product Owner, Client Self Administration, to shape access management for corporate clients on the Straight2Bank platform. You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for user lifecycle, roles, entitlements, approvals and audit trails across 50+ markets.

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership or delivering client-facing digital products.
• Experience with digital platforms and API-enabled ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across business, technology and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Client Self-Administration.
• Lead discovery and end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams to simplify client admin journeys.
• Drive adoption of digital self-serve capabilities and improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security and Legal to assess product risks.
