Job summary

Cyberbot Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Executive / Business Analyst to support the Product team in planning, documenting, coordinating, and delivering digital product features. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders across the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and organize product and business requirements.
• Prepare, update and maintain PRDs, functional specifications, user flows, and other product documentation.
• Translate requirements into actionable specifications for UI/UX designers and developers.
• Coordinate with UI/UX and development teams to ensure alignment during implementation.
• Follow up on progress, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct product testing and acceptance testing to ensure features meet requirements and user expectations.
• Identify issues and gaps during development and testing, and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide operational and coordination support to Product Managers across initiatives.
