Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Ops professional to establish and manage the operational systems, analytics infrastructure, launch processes, and feedback loops for the WorkPassConnect platform. You will support onboarding, configuration, and cross-team coordination as the platform scales toward end-2027 rollout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, business operations, digital service delivery, data analytics, or technology project delivery, with demonstrated experience supporting product teams through analytics, operational workflows, launch readiness, and feedback management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reporting workflows, and product analytics mechanisms.
• Ability to use data to monitor product performance, user behaviour, adoption, engagement, and operational health.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, dashboarding tools, and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Product analytics and reporting: Build and maintain analytics infrastructure and automated dashboards for centralised visibility of metrics.
• Platform operational workflows: Manage onboarding, incident handling, release processes, and cross-functional coordination.
• Launch readiness and release coordination: Lead end-to-end readiness for features and services with defined metrics and risk tracking.
• Voice of Customer programme: Consolidate feedback and research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Closed-loop feedback management: Track issue resolution and feed insights back into the backlog.
• Tooling, automation, and documentation: Identify tooling and templates to reduce manual coordination and improve quality.
