Job summary

Nexbridge Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Owner to drive product strategy from concept through delivery in collaboration with design and engineering teams. You will define success metrics, create roadmaps, and ensure timely releases while engaging with stakeholders and users to drive adoption.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders under pressure, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product ownership.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and release products.
• Demonstrated experience defining success measures and using data to guide product decisions.
• Experience engaging directly with users and stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritising to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional.
