Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise digital products in a Singapore-based environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and government/public sector clients to define roadmaps, gather requirements and prioritise features for delivery using Agile/Scrum. Experience with large-scale applications and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management/Owner/BA.
• Experience managing software applications or digital products.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and objectives with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse and document business and product requirements.
• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA and other teams.
• Prioritise features based on business value, customer needs and feasibility.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum activities and support end-to-end delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and production implementation.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support solutioning/pre-sales or proposal activities as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a related role.
• Strong experience managing software applications or digital products.
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-level or large-scale applications is an advantage.
• Experience in government / public sector / enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
