Job summary

Singtel Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for Home Entertainment to lead the delivery and enhancement of Pay TV and OTT client apps across Set-Top Boxes, Smart TVs, mobile apps and web platforms.

You will translate business requirements into customer-facing features and coordinate with Product, IT, Network, third-party partners and business users to deliver timely, high-quality releases that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pay TV and OTT video ecosystem.
• Experience with Android TV and mobile application development, Smart TV and Set-Top Box platforms, and OTT streaming services.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of new features for Pay TV and OTT client applications.
• Partnering with UX/UI and development teams to deliver intuitive customer experiences.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, delivery schedules and release milestones.
• Planning and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness and commercial launch activities.
• Ensuring product outcomes deliver measurable business value and customer impact.
• Engaging stakeholders across Business, Network Engineering, IT Platform teams and vendors.
