Job summary

Klook is hiring a Product Manager (Merchant Platform) to own the merchant-facing capabilities—from onboarding and negotiation to settlement and supply management. You will shape the Merchant Portal, middle-layer IM system, and related workflows to scale partnerships across Asia Pacific.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B/internal-platform product roles, with direct merchant-portal ownership, strong process abstraction, and excellent English communications with SEA/Japan/Korea teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B merchant-platform products.
• Proven ability to align BD, OPS, Finance and Legal needs.
• Strong English communication with merchant teams across SEA and Japan/Korea.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant onboarding, qualification review and merchant profiling.
• Design and maintain the Merchant Portal and middle-layer IM system.
• Define supply management stack and merchant settlement processes.
• Improve merchant response times, proposal quality and retention.
• Collaborate with a 5-person eng team plus BD and OPS to ship features.
• Translate merchant pain points into actionable specifications.
