Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive regional initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve targets, analyze market trends, and translate insights into strategic opportunities for IT and consumer electronics products.

You will lead product launches, define GTM strategies, pricing, and marketing communications for end users, ensuring ROI across campaigns and channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• Experience in IT and Consumer Electronics is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills expected.

• Collaborate closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales objectives and other established business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and market share performance to develop effective business and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis and convert consumer insights and technological developments into strategic business opportunities.
• Analyse customer needs and purchasing behaviour to identify suitable products and services for different market segments, while contributing to the overall product roadmap.
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including product positioning, pricing strategy, stakeholder coordination, product training, and the implementation of effective marketing communications for end users.
• Plan and execute marketing support initiatives that deliver measurable returns on investment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from product introduction through to end-of-life management.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies in response to market conditions, customer demand, and internal business objectives.
• Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that enable regional sales companies to achieve their commercial and business goals.
