Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Conversational AI Agent to own end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent products, from discovery through launch and optimization. You will work embedded with business teams to translate operational pain points into effective dialogue experiences, collaborating with engineering and data science.

You will define agent behavior, dialogue flows, escalation logic, and LLM integration patterns, driving cross-domain initiatives as chatbot footprint expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in CS, Data Science, Engineering or related fields preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in product management or AI product development; hands-on familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for conversational AI agent products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Embed with business teams to translate operational pain points into effective conversational AI experiences.
• Define agent behavior, dialogue flows, escalation logic, and LLM integration patterns with engineering and data science.
• Drive cross-domain initiatives to identify reusable capabilities as chatbot footprint expands.
• Leverage data and experimentation to improve task completion, containment, and customer experience.
