Zusammenfassung

Binance is seeking a backend trading systems product lead to define the product direction and roadmap. You will collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into technical solutions, while driving full lifecycle delivery from planning through release and ongoing feature launches.

The role requires a deep understanding of Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps and options, plus a technical or quantitative background.

Qualifikationen

Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options.
Technical or quantitative background (CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
Ability to translate trading logics and risk methods into product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products.
Work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into technical solutions.
Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and new feature launches.
Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
