Job summary

FACULTY DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI Applications to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-powered applications in Singapore.

You will drive the vision for AI Agents, shape the design system, and align AI engineering, design, and UX to deliver reliable, scalable features. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product designers, and frontend engineers to ensure a cohesive user experience and practical, safe AI interactions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software product management experience, preferably SaaS/AI.
• Proven experience defining, building, and deploying AI Agents, LLM workflows, or conversational AI systems.
• Design Systems experience with multi-platform components, tokens, and WCAG accessibility.
• Comfort reading API docs, understanding LLM latency/token trade-offs, and discussing architecture.
• Strong eye for visual design and interaction patterns for generative content.
• Proficiency using data, telemetry, and user feedback to iterate features.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager – AI Applications to drive the next generation of intelligent products. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy, design, and execution for AI-powered applications, with a heavy emphasis on building scalable AI Agent capabilities and integrating them seamlessly with robust Design Systems.

You will bridge the gap between AI engineering, design, and user experience, ensuring our intelligent features are powerful, consistent, reliable, and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Vision & Execution: Define the roadmap for AI-driven products and features, translating complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
• AI Agent Architecture & Design: Own the product lifecycle for AI Agentsincluding defining agent personas, system instructions, tool-use logic, context management, memory parameters, and fallback behaviors.
• Design System & Component Strategy: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and front-end engineers to maintain, scale, and evolve design system capabilities. Introduce scalable UI/UX components specifically tailored for AI interactions (e.g., chat/streaming interfaces, prompt inputs, visual widgets, citations, and status indicators).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product designers, and full-stack developers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• User Experience & Interaction Design: Establish UX standards for nondeterministic AI outputs, ensuring transparency, safety, trust, and human-inthe-loop controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Product Management Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in software product management, ideally focusing on SaaS, developer tools, or AI-driven applications.
• AI Agent Experience: Proven experience defining, building, and deploying AI Agents, LLM workflows, or conversational AI systems. Deep understanding of agentic patterns (RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, memory, and orchestration frameworks).
• Design System Expertise: Demonstrated experience maintaining or expanding multi-platform Design Systems. Strong grasp of modern UI component architectures, design tokens, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Technical Literacy: Comfort reading API documentation, understanding LLM latency/token trade-offs, and discussing system architecture with senior engineers.
• UX/UI Sensitivity: A strong eye for visual design and interaction patterns, especially in structuring flexible UI containers and dynamic components for generative content.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency using data, telemetry, and user feedback to iterate rapidly on product features.

Nice to Have

• Experience with streaming engines, markdown protocols, or custom XML/JSON rendering frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and design tools (Figma, Storybook).
• Previous experience in fast-paced tech startups or high-growth engineering environments.
