Job summary

Singtel is an AI-first telco building next‑gen digital services and secure, AI-enabled platforms. We are hiring an AI/GenAI product leader to own the AI Studio platform roadmap, drive multi‑vendor solution ecosystems, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role focuses on governance, AI safety, and scalable AI architectures, combining business strategy with hands-on product management in a global enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computing or Business management.
• 3+ years in AI/GenAI product management or digital products.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with API-first architectures, SDKs, AI model integration and ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage portal development roadmap and prioritise timeline with release development team for Enterprise products.
• Enhance portal UI/UX through design thinking and benchmarking against global standards and API trends.
• Develop initiatives to enhance service orchestration and automation for multi-vendor, multi-technology, multi-services solutions.
• Own the product roadmap, feature prioritisation and lifecycle management of the AI Studio platform.
• Drive the development of AI Studio capabilities, including GenAI applications, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Partner with business, engineering, cybersecurity, data and governance teams to identify AI use cases.
• Define and implement AI governance practices, including responsible AI, security, privacy and model risk management.
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies, LLMs and ecosystem partners to enhance AI Studio capabilities.
• Establish usage metrics, adoption KPIs and value-realisation frameworks.
• Support AI-enabled analytics, predictive insights and automation for portal users.
• Support monetisation strategies to provide XaaS solutions for value generation.
• Align portal and AI Studio development backlogs with stakeholder goals.
