Job summary

Wild Dynasty Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and growth of AI-powered education products. You will collaborate across teams to translate user needs into prioritized product improvements and drive successful launches.

The role requires 3–6 years in product management, a strong understanding of Agile, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams in a fast-moving startup environment. On-site role based in Jurong Island.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital products, technology, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, defining priorities and feature requirements.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, tutors, teachers, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and detailed user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI teams to enhance product functionality, accuracy, and user experience.
• Coordinate with UX/UI, education content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and launches.
• Track product performance, user behavior, engagement, and key metrics to evaluate impact and identify improvements.
• Prioritize issues and features based on user impact and business value.
• Manage product timelines, follow-ups, and cross-functional deliverables for timely execution.
• Conduct competitor and market research focused on AI, EdTech, and digital learning to inform direction.
• Support product testing, UAT, and continuous product improvement initiatives
