Senior Product Manager – Teacher Professional Learning Platforms

Take ownership of the vision and roadmap for teacher professional learning platforms, from early‑stage AI‑native learning experiences to large‑scale systems used by thousands of educators.

Responsibilities

• Co‑own product vision, roadmap, and strategy in partnership with MOE HQ divisions, schools and partner agencies.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable educator tools.
• Define success metrics in terms of teacher growth, classroom impact, and time saved.
• Align product direction with the Academy of Singapore Teachers and professional learning outcomes.
• Identify and solve core problems such as time‑to‑feedback, resource discoverability, and translation of learning into classroom practice.
• Prototype AI‑enabled learning experiences (semantic search, RAG copilots, video annotation) and validate impact on teacher learning and behaviour.
• Improve end‑to‑end educator journeys (search > learn > apply > reflect) and reduce workflow friction (content discovery, compliance learning, peer sharing).
• Scale platform systems across schools and divisions.
• Build alignment across policy, operations, engineering, design and senior leadership.
• Communicate vision, align stakeholders, and influence decisions across HQ, schools, and partner agencies.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to ship new features and iterate on existing ones.
• Operate across the product lifecycle from 0→1 experimentation to 1→100 scaling.
• Navigate government complexity, balancing policy constraints, procurement realities, and product principles.
