Job summary

Sea is building an AI-native cloud platform, and we seek a product manager to bridge customers, product, and engineering. You will partner with business development to understand needs and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

This role suits customer-oriented, product-minded, and technically curious individuals with a strong interest in AI and cloud tech. You will help customers evaluate and adopt the platform and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; STEM or business focus preferred.
• Past internship or full-time experience in product management is preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, cloud computing and enterprise tech; quick learner of concepts.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts like LLMs, APIs, tokens, RAG, and AI agents.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts: compute, GPUs, VMs, containers, storage, networking.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Pre-Sales by understanding customer needs and explaining the AI cloud platform.
• Assist in product demonstrations, technical discussions, and early solution design.
• Guide customers through onboarding and trials, including selecting models, APIs, and resources.
• Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.

About the Team:

We are building an AI-native cloud platform that brings together scalable AI infrastructure, model services, and AI development capabilities to help enterprises build, deploy, and operate AI applications. As we bring the platform to early customers, we are looking for a product manager to bridge the gap between customers, product, and engineering teams.

You will work closely with business development teams to understand customer needs, help customers evaluate and adopt our platform, and translate real-world usage and feedback into actionable product improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, product-minded, and technically curious, with a strong interest in AI and cloud technologies.

Job Description

Support Technical Pre-Sales

• Partner with business development teams in customer conversations to understand customers' business and technical requirements
• Explain our AI cloud platform, product offerings, key capabilities, and relevant use cases in a clear and practical manner
• Assess whether our solutions are a good fit for customers and help identify suitable products, configurations, and adoption paths
• Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and early solution design when needed

Drive Customer Onboarding & Trials

• Guide interested customers through the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial evaluation and account setup to product trials and UAT
• Help customers get started with the platform, including selecting appropriate AI models, APIs, compute resources, and platform capabilities based on their use cases
• Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve issues encountered during onboarding and trials

Build the Customer Feedback Loop

• Engage closely with customers during trials to understand their experience, pain points, requirements, and product preferences
• Translate customer feedback into clear and actionable product requirements for product and engineering teams
• Track key issues and feature requests, and help prioritize improvements based on customer impact and business value

Bridge Customers, Product, and Engineering

• Serve as a key interface between customer-facing teams and technical teams
• Develop a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities, limitations, roadmap, and underlying technical concepts
• Help product and engineering teams understand how customers are using the platform and where additional capabilities are required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Past relevant internship/fulltime experience in product management preferred
• Strong interest in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise technology, with the ability and willingness to quickly learn new technical concepts
• Basic understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, inference, APIs, tokens, RAG, and AI agents
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts such as compute, GPUs, virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and APIs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across business, product, and engineering
