Job summary

UnlockLand in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Product Manager / AI Builder who understands the built environment and can turn real customer needs into working products. You will communicate directly with enterprise and public-sector clients, design practical product solutions, and independently build prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.

This role blends product management, client consulting and hands-on AI product building, with opportunities to influence strategy while delivering

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, urban planning, real estate or related built environment discipline.
• Strong understanding of planning, design, development or pre-development workflows.
• Experience building and launching functional digital products or prototypes.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with enterprise and public-sector clients to understand requirements, workflows and operational challenges.
• Lead requirement-discovery sessions, client workshops, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Translate planning, architecture and real estate development workflows into clear product requirements.
• Design product concepts, user journeys, wireframes and practical solution proposals.
• Independently build functional prototypes and product features using AI coding tools.
• Take ownership of products from initial concept through prototype, client demo, feedback, iteration and delivery.
• Work closely with designers and engineers on product architecture, technical feasibility and implementation.
• Convert client feedback into prioritised product improvements.
• Support enterprise POCs and adapt the product to different customer scenarios.
• Test product quality and ensure that delivered workflows solve real customer problems.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, product proposals and client‑facing materials.
• Monitor product adoption and follow up with customers after delivery.

About the Role

This role combines product management, client consulting and hands-on AI product building.

You will communicate directly with customers, understand their planning and development workflows, design practical product solutions, and independently build working prototypes and product features using AI-assisted development tools.

You should be equally comfortable leading a client workshop, presenting a solution proposal, designing a workflow and building a functional product.

This is not a product management role focused only on documentation and coordination. We are looking for someone who can personally take an idea from customer requirement to prototype, demo, iteration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with enterprise and public-sector clients to understand their requirements, workflows and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Academic or professional background in architecture, urban planning, urban design, real estate development or another relevant built‑environment discipline.


• Strong understanding of planning, design, development or pre‑development workflows.


• Demonstrated ability to independently build and launch functional digital products or prototypes.


• Strong experience with AI-assisted development and \"vibe coding\" tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, Bolt or v0.


• Ability to work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and AI integrations, even if you are not a traditionally trained software engineer.


• Strong product thinking and ability to turn unclear customer requirements into practical product solutions.


• Excellent client communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.


• Strong solution‑design and proposal‑development capabilities.


• Professional‑level English, with the confidence to lead client meetings, workshops and product demonstrations.


• Comfortable working independently and moving quickly in a startup environment.


• Strong ownership mentality and willingness to remain responsible through final delivery and customer adoption.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building products for architecture, urban planning, real estate, construction or government users.


• Experience with GIS, mapping, spatial data, planning regulations or development feasibility.


• Experience building AI agents, LLM‑powered workflows, document‑processing tools or data platforms.


• Experience delivering enterprise POCs or customised software solutions.


• Familiarity with modern product development technologies such as React, Next.js, Python, Supabase, APIs and cloud deployment.


• Experience working directly with senior enterprise or government stakeholders.


• A portfolio of independently built and deployed products.
