Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a product professional to oversee initiatives spanning customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations. You will drive end-to-end product development and coordinate across product, partner, technology, operations and compliance teams.

Responsibilities include continuous reviews of MAS-related regulations, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and delivering initiatives within timelines while improving customer experience and sales

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product business that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations management.
• Conduct continuous reviews of regulations relating to MAS, compliance, risk, AML, fraud, and other digital wallet requirements.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across product, partner, technology, operations, regulatory, and compliance functions, delivering initiatives across various technical platforms within established timelines.
• Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups and effectively influence and communicate with various business units and senior management stakeholders.
• Define and develop improvement opportunities across customer experience, product awareness, and sales performance targets.
• Drive end-to-end product development and deployment activities, including opportunity identification, product discovery, stakeholder engagement, deployment planning, execution, launch, and post-launch performance measurement.
• Apply strong analytical and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills to investigate underlying drivers, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Refine and enhance customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with marketing, channel teams, partners, and other key stakeholders.
