Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for our Digital Banking and Payments portfolio. You will work across product, technology, compliance, risk, and operations to deliver customer-centric wallet solutions.

The role requires 1-3 years in product management within fintech, a solid grasp of regulatory requirements, AML and fraud controls, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Banking, Payments, FinTech, or related area.
• Basic understanding of digital wallet products, payment services, customer journeys, and banking regulations.
• Knowledge of AML, Fraud, Compliance, and MAS regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Stakeholder management and communication across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product initiatives crossing customer experience, compliance, risk, regulatory, and operations.
• Continuously review MAS-related regulations and digital wallet requirements.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across product, partners, tech, operations, and compliance.
• Build relationships across groups and communicate with senior levels.
• Define and develop improvements to customer experience, product awareness, and sales targets.
• Lead end-to-end product development activities from discovery to launch and measurement.
• Deconstruct problems, investigate drivers, and propose effective solutions.

Job Scope

• Responsible for product business that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations management
• Continuous review of regulations for MAS, compliance, risk, AML, Fraud, and other digital wallet requirements
• Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders that cut across product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory and compliance teams that touches various technical platforms and able to deliver to deadlines
• Proven ability to build relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation
• Define and develop improvement opportunities across customer experience, product awareness and sales targets
• Extensive experience with the range of product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities, product discovery, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management
• An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
• Refine customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with marketing, channels, partners, and other key stakeholders
