Job summary

10X AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead planning, strategy, and delivery for core supply chain domains.

You will drive roadmaps, collect cross-functional requirements, and guide products from concept to launch while maintaining a strong emphasis on user experience. The role requires at least 5 years in product management within supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or related sectors, with hands-on experience in core systems and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/IT or related field; Chinese reading/writing is a working language.
• 5+ years as a product manager with experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or food industries.
• Led at least 2 product projects from 0 to 1 or major iterations and launched them successfully.
• Experience with core supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, SRM, ERP preferred.
• Ability to design products and communicate effectively with R&D teams; strong UX awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and strategy for core domains; formulate roadmaps.
• Collect requirements from procurement, operations, and warehousing; produce PRDs.
• Drive end-to-end product development; participate in UAT; resolve bottlenecks.

Job description

1. Job Responsibilities

Product Planning & Strategy Formulation: Take charge of product planning and design for the company's core business domains (supply chain collaboration, warehousing logistics, B2B transactions, central kitchen), formulate product roadmaps, gain in-depth understanding of the company's business model, track industry competitors and cutting-edge technology trends, and output actionable product solutions .

Requirement Analysis & Product Design: Communicate deeply with business departments including procurement, operation and warehousing to collect requirements, independently complete product function design, output high-quality PRD documents, and organize requirement review meetings to ensure all parties have a consistent understanding .

Project Management & Delivery Promotion: Collaborate with the project team to drive the entire product development process, participate in UAT test acceptance, coordinate and resolve issues such as requirement changes and technical bottlenecks during the project, and ensure the product is launched as planned .

Product Operation & Continuous Iteration: Responsible for daily operation support for launched products, track product usage data, establish a product feedback closed-loop mechanism, synchronize product iteration progress regularly and collect requirements for the next stage .

Business Understanding & Knowledge Precipitation: Keep learning the company's core business, precipitate product design methodologies and industry cognition, and participate in establishing the specification system of the product team .

2. Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in majors such as computer science, information management, supply chain management, logistics management, etc. Have good Chinese reading and writing skills as a working language .

Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience as a product manager/product specialist, must have product experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or food industry. Independently led at least 2 product projects from 0 to 1 or major iterations and successfully launched them. Candidates with deep participation in product design or implementation of core supply chain systems such as WMS/TMS/OMS/SRM/ERP are preferred .

Professional Skills: Proficient in product design tools including Axure, Figma, Sketch, Visio and XMind. Have excellent requirement document writing skills, be proficient in SQL and Excel for basic data analysis. Have basic technical knowledge to communicate smoothly with the R&D team, and have good user experience awareness .

Core Competencies: Have the ability to learn business quickly, extremely strong logical thinking ability, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, extremely strong execution ability and result-oriented awareness, and good professional ethics .

Bonus Qualifications: Hold professional certificates such as PMP, NPDP and CPIM. Have experience in B2B platform or supply chain financial products. Have agile development practice experience. Have product experience in first-tier internet companies or leading supply chain technology companies .
