10X AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead planning, strategy, and delivery for core supply chain domains.

You will drive roadmaps, collect cross-functional requirements, and guide products from concept to launch while maintaining a strong emphasis on user experience. The role requires at least 5 years in product management within supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or related sectors, with hands-on experience in core systems and agile delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in CS/IT or related field; Chinese reading/writing is a working language.
5+ years as a product manager with experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or food industries.
Led at least 2 product projects from 0 to 1 or major iterations and launched them successfully.
Experience with core supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, SRM, ERP preferred.
Ability to design products and communicate effectively with R&D teams; strong UX awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead product planning and strategy for core domains; formulate roadmaps.
Collect requirements from procurement, operations, and warehousing; produce PRDs.
Drive end-to-end product development; participate in UAT; resolve bottlenecks.
Operate launched products; monitor usage data; establish feedback loop for iterations.
Learn business and document product design methodologies; build team specifications.
