Job summary

PS GLOBAL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to define ERP product vision, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Support. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and stakeholder alignment to achieve successful product launches.

The candidate will travel to customer locations within the company’s operating regions to gather insights and ensure delivery aligns with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy for ERP-related solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Create and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer needs, market demand, and business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer product inquiries.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on product updates, customer feedback, product opportunities, and account growth through new capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Delivery team to translate product plans into scoped, deliverable solutions.
• Compare actual vs. planned progress, analyse variances, and course-correct.
• Ensure consistent, timely communication with client and internal teams.
• Work closely with Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Support for launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Develop product documentation and knowledge articles based on product requirements, features, and implementation experience.
• Strong leadership skills; trust and alignment across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Requires travel to customer locations within the company's operational locations.
