Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks a senior Product Manager to own the backlog and roadmap for key user journeys. You will translate user research, policy needs, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories, and prioritise features by value and feasibility.

Collaborating with design, research, and engineering teams, you will drive discovery, define success metrics, and deliver features from concept to release while coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management with shipped digital products.
  • Strong product craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritisation and road mapping.
  • Hands-on discovery and user research experience, including planning, running, and acting on findings.

Qualifications & Skill Sets
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipped digital products.
  • Strong product craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, and road mapping.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Hands-on discovery and user research experience, including planning, running, and acting on findings.
  • Experience delivering workflow- or management-type systems (dashboards, records, scheduling) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and working closely with design and engineering.
  • Clear communication of product rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in a government or public sector context is an advantage.
